Al Badaa is a small yet interesting neighbourhood. Largely residential, it is in western Dubai occupying a prime location close to Jumeirah and notable landmarks including Etihad Museum and Jumeirah Mosque. The family-friendly community is sandwiched between Al Satwa and Jumeirah 1, thus, residents enjoy a wide array of facilities well within reach including schools, restaurants and leisure places. Moreover, it is connected to the urban shopping avenue, City Walk Dubai from the southern border. Residents also enjoy accessibility to Sheikh Zayed Road, E11 that further connects to Downtown. Direct access to 2nd December Street (formerly known as Al Diyafah Street) and Al Hudaiba Street on the other side make Al Badaa a bustling neighbourhood with many facilities on these happening roads, right in proximity.
