The properties in Abu Dhabi are a peaceful yet promising place to make a worthy investment. Among the other popular areas in the capital, the top community is Al Muroor which is referred to with the same name because of the relevance to the famous street it is aligned with. This street, now renamed ‘Sultan Bin Zayed the First Street, was previously known as Muroor Road or 4th Street.
Residential properties in Al Muroor are settled in a quiet and peaceful area, and the villas are newly constructed in a combination of designs. Built with high-class finishes, the villas offer a fusion of contemporary and Arabian architecture.
The exteriors of some of these brand-new villas are painted in sharp, contrasting colors and are symmetrical in their design. Al Muroor villas usually have a classic facade and as far as the exterior is concerned, these villas for sale are modestly designed. The price of 5-bedroom villas starts from AED 2,800,000 and goes up to AED 17,000,000. If someone is looking to buy a larger property, they can consider the 6-bedroom villas in Al Muroor that could be cost anywhere between AED 4,000,000 and AED 20,000,000.
Since the community is relatively new, several things are working in Al Muroor’s favor. Although Sultan Bin Zayed the First Street is a busy road, the residents of villas in Al Muroor enjoy easy access. Another positive aspect of living in this community is the proximity of several amenities. Some popular schools of UAE are located near or in its areas, such as Berlitz Muroor, Al Mushrif School, Abu Dhabi Indian School, and Emirates Private School. For schooling younger children, residents can opt for Al Jazeera Kindergarten School, The Laurel Nursery, Bright Kids Nursery Muroor, Les FanFans Nursery, and Bright Beginnings Nursery – Mushrif Branch. Also, the well-reputed Abu Dhabi Offer Training Institute is located within walking distance. The presence of ADNOC and Police Transportation and Workshops in the neighborhood eventually raises the security factor of Al Muroor. Several attractions, such as Al Ghaf Park and Mushrif Mall, are situated right across the locality. However, the recreational venue that attracts residents and visitors from all around the most is the Mangrove National Park which is merely a 7-minute drive away.
Residential developments of this community are located right in the heart of Abu Dhabi Island. This makes the properties in Al Muroor very valuable and a prime investment opportunity. Sultan Bin Zayed, the First Street, where Al Muroor villas are situated, is also an available route for most business avenues located around the area. It is also close to many government facilities, such as the Embassy of the Philippines and the Embassy of South Africa. Abu Dhabi International Airport is a 34-minute drive from Al Muroor.
