An Italian restaurant called Broccoli Pizza & Pasta is situated within the vicinity near ENOC Petrol Station next to E311 highway. There are a few other fast-food options as well situated across the same highway E311 near another ENOC Petrol and Gas Station. These include fast food chains like KFC, Subway, and Pizza Hut.
Nad Al Sheba 4 is an off-central residential estate but is quite close to a a number of significant area of Dubai like Downtown Dubai and Dubai World Trade Center. The place is also significantly close to Dubai International Airport which makes this destination lie in the radar of the tourists travelling to Dubai.
A 30 minutes’ drive will take you to city’s popular place like Dubai Marina. Also, since it is a community designed for large families and those families with children, there are limited apartments constructed in this locality. Small families considering living in this region can look at neighbouring communities such as Dubai Silicon Oasis and Liwan for accommodations.
