About the Bay Estate
Bay Estate is a gated waterfront community by Nakheel on Island E, also called Elite Island, at Dubai Islands off the Deira coast. Nakheel unveiled it in October 2026 with about 360 three- and four-bedroom homes and a selection of beachfront and waterfront plots.
The homes are garden villas, attached villas, and townhouses, arranged in three collections: Cala, centred on secluded lagoon living; Verda, built around green spaces and family-oriented homes; and Agora, a more social, connected neighbourhood. The masterplan covers 653,709 sq m, with 2.4 km of beachfront and 6.5 km of waterfront. It includes swimmable lagoons, a beach club, a clubhouse, marina facilities, retail and wellness spaces, sports courts, children's play areas, and pedestrian-first landscaped routes, all behind gated access.
