About the Trump Tower at Downtown Dubai
Trump International Hotel and Tower Dubai is a branded hotel and residential tower on Sheikh Zayed Road, at the entrance to Downtown Dubai and next to the Shangri-La Hotel. Dar Global announced it with The Trump Organization in April 2025. It is the first Trump International Hotel and Tower in the Middle East. The tower has 80 floors and stands about 350 metres tall, with views of the Burj Khalifa and the Arabian Sea.
Residences
Reported plans include apartments of one to four bedrooms, with residences starting from about the 18th level. Two duplex penthouses in Downtown Dubai with sky pools crown the tower, and they are inspired by the Trump Tower penthouse on Fifth Avenue in New York, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the skyline. The National reports more than 500 homes in total. Sizes differ between portals, so ask our team for the developer's floor plans and specification sheet.
