Strong Demand For Palm Jebel Ali Relaunch

The relaunch of Palm Jebel Ali is expected to generate strong demand from luxury property investors, given the scarcity of available land on Palm Jumeirah and the high demand for beachfront property in Dubai.

This is the ideal moment for the Palm 2 to return," said an estate agent. "We know of many investors who are holding back from buying in any other project just because they want to be among the first on the Palm Jebel Ali relaunch.
