Last 7 days of Dubai Real Estate Market Performance

The Dubai real estate sector has experienced robust activity over the past week, witnessing a remarkable total of 4,925 transactions amounting to a substantial AED 15.6 billion (equivalent to USD 4.2 billion). These figures have been sourced directly from the official Dubai Government website, where the DLD openly provides up-to-date real estate transaction data on a daily basis Off plan properties continued to be the most popular, with 2,021 transactions worth AED7.8 billion (USD2.1 billion). Ready properties also saw healthy demand, with 2,904 transactions worth AED7.8 billion (USD2.1 billion).


In terms of property types, off-plan apartments were the most traded, with 1,538 transactions worth AED3.6 billion (USD930 million). Off-plan villas were the second most traded, with 285 transactions worth AED0.9 billion (USD250 million)


Ready villas were also in high demand, with 196 transactions worth AED0.5 billion (USD130 million). Ready apartments were the third most traded, with 934 transactions worth AED1.5 billion (USD390 million).


The top three deals involving the sale of land in Al Barshaa South Third for AED140 million, a property in Palm Jumeirah for AED106 million, and land in Al Hebiah Fourth for AED91 million.


Madinat Hind 4 recorded the most sales for the week, with 21 transactions totaling AED28.86 million. Al Hebiah Fifth came in second with 20 deals totaling AED51.65 million, and Jabal Ali First came in third with 13 transactions totaling AED80 million.


Top Apartment and Villa Transfers


The top three transfers for apartments and villas were an apartment in Palm Jumeirah that went for AED112 million, an apartment in Zaabeel First that went for AED59 million, and an apartment in the Burj Khalifa that went for AED57 million.


The mortgage market also saw healthy activity, with 440 transactions worth AED1.2 billion (USD310 million) recorded. Gift transactions also remained strong, with 108 transactions worth AED0.4 billion (USD100 million) recorded.


Other Notable Deals


  • A villa in Emirates Hills was sold for AED120 million.
  • A plot of land in Business Bay was sold for AED100 million.
  • A townhouse in Jumeirah Village Circle was sold for AED80 million.
